Terms and Conditions for Large Group Staging Hire
1. Booking and Availability
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend confirming bookings as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
1.2 A booking is only confirmed once a formal agreement has been made, and any required deposits (if applicable) have been received.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 An invoice will be issued upon confirmation of the booking.
2.2 Payment of the invoice must be made in full within 30 days of the invoice date.
2.3 Late payments may incur additional charges or interest at our discretion.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
3.1 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled hire date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the overall booking fee. This fee must be paid in full.
3.2 Any amendments to the booking must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
4. Staging Setup and Location
4.1 Where possible, we will work with the hirer to set up the staging indoors.
4.2 If the staging is to be used outdoors, the hirer is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe location.
4.3 If adverse weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed, we will work with the hirer to find the best alternative solution.
5. Photography Services
5.1 If we are taking photographs on behalf of the hirer, all images will be provided within 24 hours of the shoot concluding.
5.2 The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and consents for photography have been obtained.
6. Liability and Responsibilities
6.1 The hirer is responsible for the security and safekeeping of the staging during the hire period.
6.2 We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use of the staging.
6.3 The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the staging is used in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
7. Force Majeure
7.1 We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
By proceeding with a booking, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the booking takes place.
